August 1st, Wednesday (and every Weds in August) - Eureka Farmers Market. Located downtown at Riverside Park from 4:30 - 6:30pm every Wednesday through the end of September. Featuring fresh local organic produce, arts and crafts, snacks and live music.

August 4th, Saturday - Eureka Montana Quilt Show!  The famous outdoor one day quilt show in Eureka.  Display from 9am - 4pm.  Our entire town is blanketed in quilts. You don't want to miss this.

August 6th, Saturday - Trash 2 Flash (a recycled Fashion Show) - Fashion Show of outfits created out of recycled objects/materials made by local artists.  Jerry's Saloon, Fortine, MT.  8:00 pm  Tickets:  $15 general seating, $20 for premium runway seating.  This is going to be an amazing event of music, lights, and laughter, definately not to be missed.  The outfits will be auctioned at the end of the evening and there is also a silent auction  to raise money for the Creative Arts Center in Eureka.  Call 406-297-3270 for more information.

August 21 - Montana Shakespeare in the Park - Presents "The Merchant of Venice", at the Historical Village in Downtown Eureka - 6pm and admission is FREE. Call 406-297-0197 for details.

August 23 - 26  - The Lincoln County Fair.  Held at Lincoln County Fairgrounds and open at 8am daily. Featuring 4-H animal exhibits, culinary skills, quilt auction, local arts and crafts and fair food. Free to the public.

August 25th - THE BULL THING. The Tobacco Valley's "don't miss" event.

August 26th, Sunday - The Fair Parade.  The Fair Parade will head down Main Street in Eureka starting at 1pm.
