The Woods Ranch Apple Orchard is a popular destination for locals. From the orchard you can view the entire valley, its a lovely place for a picnic in the summer, or sledding in the winter.

Drive 2.5 miles North of Eureka on Hwy 93 and turn East onto Burma Road. Follow Burma for approximately 2.0 miles where Burma intersects with Indian Creek Road. Stay on Burma (it turns to gravel) for another 3 miles or so (stay on the main road, avoid turnouts).

This is an excellent drive to view wildlife such as Elk and Mule deer, not to mention a variety of bird life.
