Cafe' Jax meets HA) Brewery

HA) Brewery keeps evolving. It's hard to imagine that such a fine-crafted establishment in such a gorgeous setting with such excellent beers could get any better, but it has. Partner/Owner Karl Kassler enthusiastically talks about their up and coming beer garden. “We are feverishly working to have it open by July 1st _ building picnic tables and landscaping!" Chris Neill, Head Brewer/Owner, is stoked to be working on his new Farm House series of open fermented Belgian-style Witbier and Saison beers. They are now on the menu at HA) – and have that distinctive wheat-beer taste that some of us find irresistible. Of course they continue to offer their choices of delicious IPA's (yes, including their award winning Grave Creek IPA), ales, dark beers, and Eli's soon-to-be-famous Ginger Ale.

In June, HA) added Cafe' Jax's Wood-fired Pizza Wagon to their repertoire. Cafe' Jax is serving a selection of fabulous appetizers, specialty salads, and....wood-fired pizza. Savahna Schuhmacher, master chef & partner/owner of Cafe' Jax, loves that they are hooking up with HA). Jax is also planning to offer a gluten-free pizza and other delectable surprizes for you folks after they get up and running. Darlene Ruble, a happy HA) customer, is thrilled that Cafe' Jax is out here. “We look forward to having their (Jax By Nite) pizzas in the summertime. Since they will not be open at night in town this year this is a great way for us to get our favorite pizzas. It is the perfect combination, HA) beer and Jax pizza.”

Life has been good for HA) and it just keeps getting better. Bartender Chelsea VanDehey has already seen the crowds growing at the brewery in the advent of summertime. Karl, Chris, Cafe' Jax, and all of us who love this delightful experience are optimistic that the blooming trend will continue. Home craft beers brewed in good cheer with gormet-delicious food at the base of the Montana Rockies. If you haven't visited HA) what are you waiting for?

HA) Brewery - 2.5 miles up Grave Crk Rd (9 mi. south of Eureka); open Wed – Sun 3:00 – 8:00 p.m.
